Ordering

You can place your order by telephone or you can order through this website and pay using your credit or debit card.

By placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Amending or cancelling your order

If after placing your order you wish to amend or cancel all or any part of the order please telephone us on the number shown on this website

Once the preparation of your order has begun we cannot accept cancellation of any part of the order or of the order as a whole.

Failure to provide your order

If we fail to provide part or all of your order we will, if possible, rectify this. If that is not possible the price of any dishes not provided will be refunded

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any dishes or the service provided please contact us on the number shown on this website. In such circumstances any refund will be at our total digression

Delivery

We deliver to all the towns mentioned on the home page of our website. In some cases we deliver to towns outside of this list but subject to how busy we are on the day. 

​

The minimum order required for delivery is £15.00. After that, there is will be an additional delivery charge added and the value of delivery charge is dependent on which town you are in.

 

Carterton, Brize Norton and Minster Lovell is £2. Anywhere where will be £3 or more.

If you order by telephone we will provide an estimated time for delivery. All deliveries will be made ASAP unless you have requested for a specific time. Please allow at least 15 minutes after the the delivery time has passed before you call to check up on it as we may be busier than expected.

If you wish to order for a specific time, we take 30 minute time slots e.g. 6 - 6:30pm.

 

If you order on-line then you can choose the time you would like your order to be delivered. We will use reasonable efforts to provide your order at the time specified. However, we will not be responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control including, but not restricted to, traffic delays or mechanical problems with vehicles.

 

If your order is not delivered within 60 minutes of the estimated order time you may cancel the order and receive a refund.

You are responsible for providing us with the correct address for delivery, including postcode, and for ensuring the availability of someone to accept the delivery of the order

All prices include VAT.

Privacy Policy

We only collect that personal information that you provide to us as part of the on-line ordering process. This will be used to process your order. The information will not be shared with any other party for marketing purposes.

We do not collect, store or have access to your credit or debit card details, which are processed by a specialist third party.

We may also gain your consent to use your data to inform you of special offers or news that may be of interest to you as a customer.

Your information will be stored electronically. It will only be accessed by employees of The Company or third parties acting directly on behalf of The Company.

You have the right to inspect any information we hold about you by submitting a request to us. You also have the right to have any inaccuracies in the data we hold corrected.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file containing information that a web site transfers to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes.

If you order on-line and choose to save your details, those details will be stored in a Cookie on your computer's disc. If you choose not to store these details no cookies will be placed on your computer.
